Shipping Information: 
Please review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as an email with your order tracking number. 
Keep in mind, orders are picked up at the end of each business day and can take 2-3 days for you to receive your order from the date it was shipped.
USPS ground orders placed Monday-Friday before 4:00 p.m. will be processed same-day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. For USPS Priority Mail Express, orders must be placed before 12 p.m. Monday-Friday. 
Availability of international shipping varies by country. Please email orders@btgauburn.com for any questions related to international shipping.  
 
Local Pick Up :
For customers choosing Local Pick Up, we offer in-store options at our Downtown Auburn Storefront. 
If you wish to pick up your order in-store, simply approach any sales associate and let them know that you are there to pick up an online order. It will then be brought to you. 
 
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
*Sales tax will be charged to any shipment in the state of Alabama.
